Returns Policy

Our products are antique and/or: one-of-a-kind, handmade, repurposed. You will find multiple imperfections on every item, called patina. Rusty, crusty, chippy and dusty are qualities that make these pieces beautiful. Due to the nature of these special pieces we do not accept returns. We encourage you to ask any questions or express any concerns you may have before making a purchase. We are always happy to provide additional information or photos to help you make an informed decision.

Wearable items Return Policy

Returns accepted for unworn items by contacting our shop, by email, within 7 days of receipt. Return shipping must be postmarked within 10 days of receipt of the item. Refund of product cost only; customer is responsible for return shipping.

Shipping

We ship to addresses in the CONTINENTAL U.S., by USPS ground. If you should require shipping internationally please reach out for shipping rates. Items typically ship in 1-3 days. An email shipping confirmation will be sent to the provided email address when shipped.

Hand Delivery

For large and/or uncommonly shaped/fragile items we may be able to provide hand delivery to a location's threshold. This service is case by case, schedule permitting and typically in surrounding areas of NYC and New York's Hudson valley and neighboring states. Please reach out to discuss delivery options.
